Customer Information

Customer information is not sold, rented or lent to any other organisation. Your information is only used in conjunction with the processing of your orders which may involve divulging it to a bank as part of your credit card approval process.

Delivery

It is our policy to dispatch all orders for next day working day delivery if placed by 4pm subject to the item being in stock. We do however request that customers allow up to seven days for delivery. If on receiving an order we are unable to deliver an item within seven days, we will contact you. Delivery is by either An Post Parcel post or private Courier. In some cases a signature is required upon delivery. Delivery charge is €8 and will be added to your order at the checkout stage.You are informed of the total price including the delivery charge before confirming your order.

VAT

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise stated. If you wish to order something for delivery outside Ireland where VAT is not chargeable such as the UK then please call.

Other Duties & Taxes

Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties charged by the receiving country for which we hold no responsibility, any local taxes or duties remain the responsibility of the customer.

Payment

We accept paypal and all major credit cards available through paypal. We also accept Irish Cheques, Goods will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared. We accept Cash for collected orders. All goods purchased must be paid for at the time of ordering. In the event of a payment being dishonoured for any reason after dispatch of an order, We reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at 5% above the prevailing base rate.

Warranties

All products we sell come with a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty from date of purchase. If your product should develop a fault within this period please contact us so we can diagnose the issue and provide replacement parts as required. Please note this is a parts only warranty. These parking sensors are designed for Do-It-Yourself DIY installation and we cannot be held responsible for any installation costs howsoever arising. We can put you in touch with an independent Nationwide Network of fitters for those who prefer not to fit these items themselves but we cannot guarantee the quality of their work.

Refunds & Exchanges

Faulty or incorrect goods should be returned to us within a reasonable time after purchase. You can request an exchange of goods, or a full refund.

Returns

If after purchasing a product you change your mind, return it to us within fourteen days, complete and undamaged. We will provide a refund of the cost of the item. If you decide to return something after 14 days we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee to cover our credit card, postage and administration fees. Goods returned will not result in a refund of any postage costs
